Our roof racks are very easy to install and everything you need to install the roof racks comes in the box. You can also watch “how to install” videos on Youtube and you can find the link in the description of each item.

Do you offer an installation service for your roof racks?

Why is my vehicle not listed on your website?

How long is the warranty on your products?

I want to claim on my warranty, what do I need to do?

You can write to us on support@australianrackstore.com.au with your proof of purchase and we will be happy to assist you with resolving your claim.

How long will it take to receive my delivery once I purchase online?

We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Items that are oversized or shipped to remote area may take longer for you to receive your delivery. The tracking details will be emailed to you after completing the order. If your order is being shipped outside of the Sydney Metro area, please be aware that delivery times can vary. Due to the size and bulkiness of certain items, the shipping process might span from 1 to 3 weeks. Despite our commitment to handing over packages to couriers the next business day after your order, longer transit times are particularly common for destinations in Western Australia, where deliveries might extend up to 3 weeks.

How much weight can I actually carry on top of my vehicle?

Does your bike carriers and ski/snowboard carriers fit all cars?

Yes, all our carriers are universal and will fit all vehicles.

What is the return policy?

Our return and exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund but happy to exchange if you are not happy with the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
