How long will it take to receive my delivery once I purchase online?

We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Items that are oversized or shipped to remote area may take longer for you to receive your delivery. The tracking details will be emailed to you after completing the order.
If your order is being shipped outside of the Sydney Metro area, please be aware that delivery times can vary. Due to the size and bulkiness of certain items, the shipping process might span from 1 to 3 weeks. Despite our commitment to handing over packages to couriers the next business day after your order, longer transit times are particularly common for destinations in Western Australia, where deliveries might extend up to 3 weeks.

How much weight can I actually carry on top of my vehicle?

What is the return policy?

Our return and exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund but happy to exchange if you are not happy with the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
